Vacum hose

There are several variables here. First, it must be determined if your vehicle is equipped with emission controls that were certified for sale in California. (This makes a big difference on vacuum hose routing) Then, there are different diagrams for early 1993 models and late 1993 models. My recommendation is to either buy the Mis=tsubishi shop repair manual for your vehicle, or subscribe to an information service such as AllData DIY. That way, you can look at the diagrams and compare them to what you actually have under your hood. AllData DIY is currently available for a single vehicle for only $26.95/year. It has all the service information you could ever need for your vehicle. Click the following link to check it out. AllData DIY

2003 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 6 Cyl - Cooling Fan Not Operating

the fan motor could just be bad, you can test this by removing the fan and connecting a wire to each terminal and to a battery. the wires hooked up one way will spin the fan and the other way will spin the fan backwards so you cant hook it up wrong. I hope that helps you out!

Vacuum hose leak? whistling sound on 2002 grand prix se

Take some WD40 and with engine running spray some around all vacume lines if a line is leaking the engine will rev up, than you will know where its at, just watch where you spray it, stay away from exhaust and electrical as much as possible, you don't need to spray a whole lot,A intake gasget might be leaking too try around there consentrating around #1 cyl., just be carefull don't need a fire.

Vacum system. The hoses are disorayed. I need a picture of where the hoses go.

There is no way to post a photo on this web site, go to the public library they should have a repair manual, also there is a diagram on the emission sticker above the radiator or on the shock tower, either left or right side depending on year. Another thing no matter who you ask they will need this information:
1. Year of car,
2. Engine, V6,V8 etc.
3. California or Federal emissions equipped.
OK, go to it!!
