Noises coming from th left frontwheel of my 2000 hyundia sonota could this be a hub and bearing noise

You sure that's the right number?
For Hyundai, it shows codes 1151 and 1155, both referring to the electronic throttle system (ETS). I did not find a code P1154.

P1151: ETS Main Accel Position Sensor 2 Malfunction.
P1155: ETS Limp Home Valve.
P1174: Electronic Throttle System #1 Close Malfunction.

Hi, if this noise changes when turning left or right, (gets louder or quieter), there is a good chance a front hub is bad. For instance, if you turn right, and the noise gets louder,the left hub is bad, and vice versa for the other side. You can normally jack it up, spin the wheel and hear the noise, or wiggle the wheel, and see if it has play. Good luck...

if it is clogging with shiny metallic particles then your steering rack is worn out and needs to be replaced. hopefully it hasn't caused harm to your new pump.

It is recommended evey 3000 miles. It can go further though. I usually go 5000.

wheel bearing bad.

You have a bad wheel bearing, when you turn away from the bad bearing the wheel bearing is un-loaded and quiets down.
