Check power and grounds at DDM , sometimes wires in the rubber boot from body to door like to break ! If you can't read this you can go www.bbbind.com/ for wiring and TSB"S . click on technical information ,then click on tsb's and wiring diagrams . enter your vehicle information ,system and subsystem !

I really doubt one loose door latch will keep all the door locks from working . There are a lot of thing's involved in the power door locks ,relay's , wiring , master control switch etc..... Viewing wiring diagrams , testing electrical circuit's , PWR LOCKS 20A fuse etc....Are the power door locks and the driver power window inoperative?

PINPOINT TEST A: THE DOOR LOCK IS INOPERATIVE CONDITIONS DETAILS/RESULTS/ACTIONS A1 CHECK THE OPERATION OF THE SUSPECT DOOR LOCK Check for binding or stuck conditions by manually operating the inoperative door lock.

• Is the lock stuck or binding?

Yes REPAIR or REPLACE the binding components. TEST the system for normal operation.
No GO to A2 . A2 CHECK THE POWER DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR FOR LOCK OPERATION — CIRCUIT 117 (PK/BK)
Inoperative Power Door Lock Actuator

Measure the voltage at the inoperative power door lock actuator connector Pin 1, Circuit 117 (PK/BK), and ground while operating the door lock switch to the LOCK position.

• Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

Yes GO to A3 .
No REPAIR Circuit 117 (PK/BK). TEST the system for normal operation. A3 CHECK THE POWER DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR FOR UNLOCK OPERATION — CIRCUIT 118 (PK/O)/163 (R/O)
Measure the voltage at the inoperative power door lock actuator connector Pin 2, Circuit 118 (PK/O) or 163 R/O, and ground while operating the door lock switch to the UNLOCK position.

• Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

Yes INSTALL a new power door lock actuator. TEST the system for normal operation.
No REPAIR Circuit 118 (PK/O) and/or 163 (R/O). TEST the system for normal operation.

check releys and wires in door jam 1 might be broken failing that u need a new switch

Doesn't lock or unlock ? These relay's are controlled by the BCM - body control module .
I have factory service repair information , 32 steps ! Too much info to post here .

Do both rear passenger doors lock and unlock?
YES - Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems
NO - Go to Step 3

Is there only one door lock actuator that is inoperative?
YES - Go to Step 6
NO - Go to Step 4

Are the rear door lock actuators inoperative for both lock and unlock?
YES - Go to Step 8
NO - Go to Step 5

Do the rear door lock actuators lock?
YES - Go to Step 15
No - Go to Step 10

Disconnect the inoperative door lock actuator.
With a test lamp connected to a good ground, probe the door lock actuator lock circuit at the door lock actuator harness connector.
Activate a door lock switch to lock position.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 7
NO - Go to Step 25

Some of these steps can be bypassed because you say they worked after replacing the relay .LOCK RELAY ? right .

With a test lamp connected to a good ground, probe the door lock actuator unlock circuit at the door lock actuator harness connector.
Activate a door lock switch to unlock position.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 24
NO - Go to Step 26

Remove the rear door unlock relay.
Connect a test lamp to battery positive voltage.
Probe the door actuator unlock control circuit cavity in the left IP fuse block.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 21
NO - Go to Step 9

Install the rear door unlock relay.
Remove the rear door lock relay.
Connect a test lamp to battery positive voltage.
Probe the door lock actuator lock control circuit cavity in the fuse block.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 20
NO - Go to Step 22

Remove the rear door lock relay.
Connect a test lamp to a good ground.
Probe the battery positive voltage circuit (high current) cavity in the fuse block.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 11
NO - Go to Step 22

If your not familiar with GM diagnostic flow chart's , they can be confusing .

to remove the fuel pump you mus lower the fuel tank there ae two bolts on the back of the tank spray with wd 40 and use deep well socket 9/16 or 5/8 socket first lossen fuel hose clamp and over fill tube then unscrew the two bolts holding tank to vechicle, use a floor jack and a piece of plywood to lower the tank downone you have the tank on the ground tap the lock ring counter clockwise the tubes and wires come out of the center of the lock ring, tap it with a old wood chisel on two oppiste sides to get it to move once the ring is lose lift the fuel pump amd fuel sending unit out of the tank, replace fuel sock and o-ring on tank lube the o ring before installation and install in reverse proceedure replace main fuel filter, pull tank out and make sure there is no **** in the tank clen if there is. check the pickup tube for cracks. and put it back together and your set to go.
