Sounds like when the pads where changed like maybe a wheel speed sensor was unplugged or damaged. return it to whomever did the repairs and let them find it. if it was you then you need to remove all the wheels and inspect for loose connections or broken wires,

My abs tc and hill decent lights are staying on the dash of my land rover discovery any help

unfortunately there is nothing that you can do, except take it to a land rover dealer to check with their tester, aftermarket code readers are not capable of reading land rovers. Hope this helps

2000 landrover discovery td5 GS abs tc and hill decent lights on the dash. any help apreciated!!

Suggests either Wheel Bearing, ABS Sensor Fault, or Shuttle valve. Best to get it to a dealer and on the computer for them to diagnose what exactly is wrong.

2002 Rodeo 4x2 LS (ABS Light is on)

Don't be cheap. Get some decent tires. About your ABS light, you might either have a master cylinder that's going bad or your pads are worn and ABS sensors are trying to tell you to have your brakes serviced.
