Down by the bottom of the radiator. pass side. on the frame/rad support. You probly have to remove front splash shield to get to it. I have never had to remove or change one.

My radiator cooling fans have no power and the 40 amp fan fuse is good, what's wrong?

There are many things that can cause your radiator fans to not get power. However, the most common cause is the fan control module. Some people call it a "fan control relay", (including many aftermarket parts retailers) but it is actually a solid state control module, not a relay.

Check for power in and out of the module. It is best if you have access to a scan tool that has system test capabilities so you can command the fans to turn on with the computer. Otherwise, you will have to get your engine really hot and see if the power is being sent from the control module to the fan motors.

The fan control module is located on the inside of the left frame rail (driver's side) just behind the radiator. You will have to get under the vehicle to see it. It looks like the picture below.

Radiator fans don`t work on town and country van causing engine to overheat

The radiator fan relay is located behind the grill on the driver's side of the vehicle. There is no relay in the distribution box. There is a 40 amp fusible link, however, in that box.
The relay (behind the grill) works in conjunction with the coolant temperature sensor, the A/C high pressure switch, the transmission temperature sender and the PCM. This relay will run the fans from 30% to 99% of full speed based on the signal coming from the PCM. This is all according to the official Chrysler shop manuals that I have for my 2005 Town and Country van.

2003 dodge caravan radiator fan will not stop running.what is the problem?

Probely a bad relay in the fuse box on the driver side. Theres a map under the fuse box cover to find the RAD FAN relay. There the same as other relays that the van uses. Pull the fan relay & replace with same number thats on the top. Theres also a 40 amp for the fans.

COOLING FANS DON'T WORK EVER.

Hi
If your radiator cooling fans are not operating when you are at normal temperature, I would suspect you have an electrical problem with the feed to the fans.
Possibly the thermal switch on the cooling system, or a fuse has blown.
I hope this is of help.
Good Luck !
John.
