Behind the backseat of my 05 F250 I removed air vents

I removed the air vents to make room for speakers. I cutout aluminum squares and used rtv silicone to seal them up, passenger side is good but driverside still leaks. I've already applied rtv silicone a second time, and it still leaks. Please help, any suggestions?

They have available Gasket Making Material (in rolls) at most auto parts stores. Call and check with them first for availability. You can cut this to the desired shape, and use a thin and even coat of sealer.

How do you get light out

I am assuming you are referring to headlights due to the many people asking about Saab bulb changes.

Driver Side Headlight
1) Remove the battery cover to provide enough room to access the back of the light housing
2) Remove the two clips that hold down the windshield wash hose. (for more room)
3) Remove the rubber cover on the light housing
4) Disconnect wires, unclip the bulb, use a paper towel to install the new bulb with square marker on the bottom. Try to avoid any finger prints and touching the bulb.

Passenger Side Headlight (takes about twice the time as drivers side
1) Disconnect the air intake rubber hose and move it out of the way. To do this, two clamps need to be loosened. Remove the end over the radiator first, then the other end behind the light, comes off easily. You do not need to disconnect the sensor/filter. The hose is supported with an aluminum arm that can also be disconnected. (on installation, make sure to line up the slots on the filter/sensor to the hose)
2) Now there is clear access to the light housing. Very tight though.
3) See step 4 above
4)When re-assembling the hose, connect the end behind the light first then the end just above the rad (bit easier). There are slots on the hose that line up with the sensor/filter. Reconnnect the aluminum hose support (if you removed) and then you're finished.

Hope this helps

2000 Grand Prix: how to change rear speakers in a 2000 Pontiac Gran...

You will have to remove the backseat. First the bottom part, it has two pull cords to release the seat. Take that out. Then for the back part, you will have to remove 4 nuts (2 with washer looking things attached and the ones holding the seatbelts) at the bottom of the seat. After removing them, where you had removed the seatbelt nuts, you will have to remove the seatbelt peices. Once that's done, you will have to pull the seat out and up. Behind that, there is 2 round button anchors, which you will have to pull out. Once those are removed, the whole back peice comes out, exposing the rear speakers. They should be 1/4 bolts holding the speakers in. And if you are modifying (not using stock speakers), you may have to cut they wires to replace the speakers.

Where is the air ride suspension relay on a 2004 Lincon Navigator?

On my 04' Navigator the relay is attached to the bracket that holds the pump. The relay is square and has a cover that you need to remove to see it. The relay is located behind the passenger headlight. You can see the relay location without removing anything. The dealer told me it was a relay with aluminum cooling fins, this was incorrect for my Navigator.

WATER LEAK AT SHAFT OF WATERPUMP , BIG JOB TO CHANGE PUMP ?

Not too bad,you have to remove fan,to get the water pump mounting bolts.take off the belt, remove the pump. Some people remove the radiator for more room ,this no big deal, just remove the top 2 bolts, remove upper, lower hoses, pull the fan cover off.You don't put RTV on gasket, also there's an small o ring that has to be replace, behind the pump.
