Question about 2003 Hummer H2

03 hummer turns off when on a redlight or when it stops idk wut can it be i had the same problem with an o3 silverado so i took it to the dealer nd they charge me 300 just to put some liquid on the gas tank..

Check your air intake if this is loose or getting to much air to make it run too lean it will cause the engine to hesitate or stall.
Also check the MAF Sensor on the air intake it could be going bad so it is an easy fix if this is the problem.
PS never use carb cleaner or wd40 to clean the air intake.. You can buy MAF Sensor cleaner at Auto Zone or Checker Auto Parts stores.

**** husband took something apart on my hummer so it wouldnt start...wut do i look for under the hood to fix that
he probably disconnected the battery. look for any wires that aren't hooked up.....don't tell him i told you.

I have the same problem with my 2008 Hummer H3. I had the front and rear rotors resurfaced. I am now thinking of getting the rotors replaced with bigger more durable rotors. Solution about the sticking brake caliper sounds about right if you hear a grinding noise as you drive without even touching the brake pedal.

A bad or sticking brake caliper is the likely cause, and the dealer knows this. They are slow-rolling you until your warranty expires. Then I bet they find it right away! Have a reputable brake shop inspect it to confirm.

The horn stopped working. I've checked the fuses and they are fine. What else can I do?
idk if u know but there was a recall on that year for electrical problems have it check by the dealer

How many hours does it take to replace rear air suspension for 2003 hummer h2?
we got a 03 h2 and had same problem took to dealer and they said on board air compressor went bad wanted 3000.00 dollars to fix,i said bull and went to strutmasters .com and got the coil spring replacements fixed it for about 300.00 bucks rides perfect and we dont have to worry about those damn rear airbag suspension any more,hope this helps someone

Am looking for a repair maual for a 2003 Hummer H2 that has an electrical diagram in it?
Go to faxonautoliterature. They carry the original dealer service manual for your Hummer. It will havwe wiring diagrams in it. I have used them before and had excellent service. Hope this helps.

My hummer h2 03 is not gettig start it shows big lock in the dash. some one told me its security lock?
The security transmitter in the key could be bad, or the passlock system is bad. try taking it to a GM dealer, so they can reprogram the system
