I need to know how i can get to my water pump and what all i need excatly to fix it

First, I am not a Chrysler mechanic, but have replaced several water pumps. Unless you know you need a timing chain, you likely do not need to replace that. Water pump is pretty easy to replace. Pull belts off, un-bolt the water pump, and pull it off. Scrape the old gasket off. Paint new water pump mating surface with gasket sealiing stuff, apply gasket, paint back of gasket with more sealing stuff, then bolt it up. Replace belts, and done.

How long can you drive it before it gets hot ?
Are you positive all of the air is out of the cooling system ?
You could run it without the thermostat to check for a blockage in the system that would prevent flow. If the block is full of coolant, and the water pump is pumping it thru the passages, you should have heat.

A water pump would not have bands.
If the water pump pulley is loose, the bearing may have failed. If that is the case, the water pump would need to be replaced.
If the serpentine belt is loose, the tensioner may have failed.

New filter is OK, but, its posssible that the wrong is in the oil level or oil pressure sensor. Excatly I dont know where is located, but if you bacl to the autoshop service, they could tell you this location.

Could be one of the hoses has a split in it or could be a seal in bottom of pump. You won't know until you disassemble.

what do you need to know.This is a hard pump to replace. you need to change timing belt when you do this, as I believe the pump is driven by the timing belt. It would be better for a garage to fix this one.

Take a look at the accessories belt.... does the battery and/or check engine light's on? This belt activates water pump (check temperature gage...), power steering pump (heavy steering...), a/c compressor (a/c working?) and alternator (battery recharging)... of course!
