Open trunk and pull back cover remove three 8mm nuts and then with a plastic spoon place on outside of car between light and quater panel with a little pressure pry with spoon while pulling backwards on light assemble

Rear Turn Signal, Brake and Parking Lights Removal and Installation To Remove:
  1. Remove or disconnect the following:
    • Trunk trim as needed
    • Nuts securing rear combination lamp assembly, from inside the trunk
    • Connectors
    • Combination lamp assembly
To Install:
  1. Install or connect the following:
    • Combination lamp assembly and connectors
    • Nuts securing combination lamp assembly
      1. Torque to: 22-33 in. lbs. (2.5-3.7 Nm)
  2. Replace trunk trim.

5. Remove the rear energy absorbing foam.
6. Remove the rear bumper reinforcement.
7. Remove the rear bumper supports.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Head light 2005 altima

you have to remove the bulbs from inside of the hood in the engine compartment. in some cars you have to remove some "pins' and remove the entire headlight assembly.. You then remove the holder where the lightbulb is located and replace the bulb.
