To remove the panel they make special tools that make the job alot
easier available at most any parts store. that said there should a screw
that holds the trim piece by your door handal and then you will see nut
that holds it remove it this nut can also be located under the arm rest pad that should pop off make sure any door speakers are not mounted
through the panel if you have crank window one of the tools i mentioned
to remove the u shaped spring clip behind crank if you have pwr. windows there should be enough wire to pull it out + unplug it if not remove the trim plate + win. ctrl. the panel is held by spring clips use the other side of the window tool starting at the bottom work your way
accross + up both sides the clips will stay in the panel once yoe have poped all clips lift panel from sides over the top lip of the door + change
your mirror to put panel back line the clips up with holes + pop them in
make sure you pu the panel tool it's so much easier.
hope this helps good luck.
