I have a 2007 Pontiac G6...every other time I try to start it, it either won't start or it will be sluggish about starting. Then everything on the instrument panel lights up including the check engine light and the security light. The mileage reads 'error' and it scrolls across the radio display that there is no power steering, no fuel, etc... We have had the TCM sensor replaced but it is still doing it! Someone please help!

I think it is for your rear trunk lid some cars refer to this as the deck lid. Close your trunk and see if this resolves
SOURCE: no instrument panel lights on a 2003 chevy monte carlo
Most likely this is caused by either the dimmer being turned off (happens all the time on my Corvette) or the dimmer is defective.
SOURCE: speedomerter and odometer are not working
You have a bad "speed sensor". It's located in the transmission. Your speedometer and odometer are not cable controlled, they are electronically controlled by your speed sensor.
SOURCE: where can I find the fuse box that is supposed to be under the instrument panel on the driver side
You have to lay on your back under the steering wheel (pain!!) and get a flashlight ..... its under there. Just a STUPID location. (close to the plastic cover aroung the steering wheel shaft)
