We just bought a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero sport and it has not started the last three mornings, it wont even try and turn over, but later in the day it starts fine. We just replaced the battery and it still wouldn't start this morning. What could it be?

Instructions for resetting the anti-theft system. The negative cable is always the one to disconnect first and reconnect last. You could also just phone for a mobile vehicle alarm installer / locksmith, or a mobile auto electrician.

Lack of oil from the sound of it ,When checking the auto oil level start engine put handbrake on hard ,couple of bricks behind the drive wheels then drop into reverse ,now check the oil level on the autobox dipstick .If a modern vehicle with no dip stick then dealer only job to check the level

Hit the starter with a hammer while some one is trying to start it and if it starts up after this the starter is bad most likely if you already checked the battery contacts in it get stuck if theres is power down to it ...starter bad....

check your oil for low level or you probably
need valve adjustment
