How do I change my front turn signal? I can access the lower signal from under the bumper, I can't access the signal that is next to the headlight. There are no screws in front to take the plate off, and I can't get to it through the engine compartment.

The signal light on the grill next to the head light can be accessed by removing the the front grill. Your going to need a torque screw driver to remove the grill to get to the light bulb. The signal from under the bumper can be accessed from behind the bumper and you need not to take the turn light assemble off from the bumper. There are LED light bulbs available now and last much longer then the conventional bulbs and cost not that much more. Auto Zone carries these replacement LED bulbs and they can give you the step by step instruction to getting the job done if you need more illustration. Good luck and hope this helps and please rate, keep me posted. Be glad to help you get your lights replaced.

How do you access the FRONT park/turn signal light, in the bumper below the headlight, to replace burned out bulbs?

It all depends on the vehicle. Many newer cars you have to remove the front bumper cover to get to the lights.

How to remove front bumper?

I have recently replaced the front bumper on my 2005 Aveo, after hitting a deer. The good thing to know, is directly connected to the bumper, there is NO sensor to worry about tripping the airbags. There are what seems like a million Teflon screws, that must come out to remove, and replace the bumper. The turn signals, and fog lights(if equipped) must come out first. All electrical connections, like the headlights, turn signals, and fog lights, must be disconnected, or you can't access the bolts, and screws near them. It's actually very easy to remove and install the bumper after the electrical connections are dealt with. Do not worry about the plastic clips located under the hood for removal. They are cheap and easy to replace. Here are some pics that might help you.

Headlight removal

Yes, the bumper has to come off to remove the headlights.
There will be a number of smaller screws around the outside of the bumper, like in the wheel well and under the car by the splash shield under the engine. All of those will need to be removed. Then you need to remove the turn signal lights in the front bumper with a long phillips screwdriver. Take a flashlight and look inside the bumper through the lower grill at the side of the turn signal housing. You'll see a small hole for the screwdriver. The screw doesn't need to come all the way out to remove the light.
Remove turn signal housing on both sides and look back at the frame crossmember behind the bumper. There are two large bolts on each side holding the bumper on. You'll need some extensions to reach them. Once those are out, you'll be able to tell if you missed any smaller screws/clips. Carefully move the bumper cover out of the way to have access to the headlight mounting points.

Changing turn signal on front bumper

All front light bulbs should be accessible, you will need to remove the 2 headlight bulbs...be sure to match the amber color if your Ciera still has the original bulbs:) The side marker light bulbs are reachable and can be changed by removing the 1 hold down bolt too...:)

I want to remove the right front fender and would like to know where all the nuts and bolts etc. that need to be removed are and the easiest way of going about it?

I just did this.
Remove the fender liner
Remove the mud guard

There are several 6mm flange bolts with 10mm heads.
3 along the inside of the hood
1 behind the top of the door accessible with the door open
2 on the bottom of the door behind the mud guard
2 behind the bumper cover, the headlight is attached to one of these.
There is a screw holding the end of the bumper to the fender. Remove it and pull the cover away from the fender. There is a large plastic clip inserted into the fender next to the two bolts that holds the bumper cover but should release when you pull the cover.

The headlight has two dowel pins that insert into the fender, removing the headlight may be better but you have to remove the bumper to get to some of the headlight assembly bolts. There are 4 bolts holding on the bumper that are accessible through the turn signal holes. The bumper will "fall" about an inch and sit on some collar bolts so it can be lifted off without one side falling (a neat feature). The turn signal is held by one Phillips screw accessible through a special hole on the inboard side of the bumper with your longest Phillips screwdriver.

How can I change the headlights in a 1998 Honda Accord?

Its not that hard but you have to remove bumper to get to the two bottom bolts that holds the headlights. First remove grille and there are 2 10mm bolts that holt the tip of fenders they are the first bolts under the fender weld closes to the bumper cover. Then there are two bumper mounts/brackets that hold bumper to frame/radiator support. they are held by (4) 12mm bolts may need a swivel socket to get to them( easily accessed if you remove front signal lights in the bumper held by philips screws in the corners). After removing bracket bumper should come right off. Headlights are in plain clear view. (4) 10mm bolts and you are done. Re-install in the reverse. Good Luck . If I fixed ya leave me a FIX-YA comment. Contact me if you need more info

How do i change out the headlights. Remove the covers as well.

Depending on the year you have to remove the grille to gain access to the mounting bolts under the grille, as well as the lower air vents in the lower valence to gain access to those mounting bolts. Remove the screws from the fender well liner to the bumper and pull the front bumper off to gain access to the lower mounting bolts for the headlight assembly.
