Under the hood under a black cover. On the underside of the cover it will tell you which fuses are for what.

The horn in my 1999 Mazda 626 doesn't work. My mother's mechanic says he can't find the horn anywhere under the hood. He even lifted the car to look underneath the engine but still can't seem to find it....

The horn is located on the front right corner of the car. Behind the bumper. Before you hunt the horn, try replacing the relay in the under bonnet fuse box. It will be labelled on the fuse box lid. Cheaper and a lot less work!
Raise the front of the car and support it on axle stands.
Remove the front right wheel and then the front half of the wheel arch liner. The horn will be bolted to the chassis bar in front of the wheel.
*Please note some models will have it mounted on the LEFT side of car depending on which country it was sold in.*

We have a 2002 Mazda 626 the tail lights and dash lights are not working. There is no fuse in the fuse box inside the car for these lights. What could the problem be?

you may have the wrong light bulbs in the rear. Take them out one by one and look at the bottoms. Make sure they are the correct lights. If the bulb only has one pin, make sure the reciever is only one pin. Sometimes when the wrong bulbs are bought and installed, lots of weird stuff will happen. As far as the fuse box goes, double check your listings. These lights definately have a fuse(somewhere in there)

Where is the fuse box in a 1989 Mazda capella (not the one under the bonnet)?

Hello
I did not give up, the Capella is the same as the 626 in the USA.

The fuse box and fuse box diagram is located in front of the driver side door approximately 8 inches from the floor, under the or near the dash. There is a black cover on the fuse box on the cover is a diagram of the fuse box fuses. Remember this is for a left hand drive as far as the driver position goes.

'02 mazda 626 tail lights out

Check your fuse located underneath the drivers side steering wheel. Flip the fuse box cover lid over and you will find a diagram. Pull the taillight fuse out and replace it with the same number fuse. If your taillights still don't work then you will need to replace one of the burned out bulbs. Pull each bulb out and test it with a multimeter for continuity

Locate the flasher box in 1991 mazda 626

Under your driverside dash in the corner you'll see a fuse box, open that up. On the top of the fuse box cover it has a digram showing what fuse goes where. If you need to replace the actual flasher actuater (what makes it flash) your gonna have to pull your dash apart. and its actually located close to where your fuse box it. Make sure to put everything back the way you took it off and mark all of your screw holes with a white permanet marker or nail polish ( its easy to remove)
