2005 Nissan Altima driver side low beam headlight out. Installed new bulb - nothing? Where would fuse be located for lamp to check and possibly replace?
Need to disconnect ground to battery before replacing light bulb or fuse will blow. Fuse is located in engine compartment next to windshield washer fluid.

Check your headlamp relays under the hood, should be located on either the L/H or R/H fender well , could be inside a black plastic box labled fuses and relays... there will be a label on the underside of the lid to this box locate the relays as per lables... please rate my help thanks...
SOURCE: how do i remove the headlight on a 2004 nissan
If its like my 2001 there's two bolts that U need to remove and the headlight housing looks like it should come out. Then just twist the low beam connector and remove bulb and replace.
Hope this helps

I would look at the fuses also. these newer cars have seperate fuses for driver an passenger headlights.

I have a similar problem with my 55 plate 93.
I go to Halfords and by a pair of H7s (two for one offer, replace BOTH at the same time and keep the old 'good' bulb as a get out of jail.
No one seems to know what the answer is.. or do they?
