Both headlight went out at the same time. When I pull the turn signal lever back towards me the bright lights come on but I have to hold the lever to keep them on. Replaced light switch on dash. Any suggestions?

Check fuse number 4 in the interior box. It should have power on both sides with the low beams on.If ok,check for power at the back of the head lamp bulb. It is possible that both bulbs went at the same time. I don't think there is a ground concern because the high beam circuit uses the same grounds.
If you find power missing from the fuse,check for power at the red/black wire on the back of the multi-function switch. This is the switch that contains the turn signals and the dimmer switch. If power is missing with the low beams on,check the red/yellow wire. This is the power feed into the switch. If you have power,the multi-function switch is bad.
