How to change the right front turn indicator on

Clean all bulb contacts with electrical connector spray and scour with wire wool ,should do the trick.
Failing that take out the light cluster and check the contact pathways for a break in them , clean all circuits and inside the bulb holder .

Yes - the fast flashing is a warning that a bulb is burned out. Change the bulb (be careful to put it in the same as the old one as it probably is 2 bulbs in one , parking and turn/stop) and you should be fine.

1. Remove the front turn signal assembly mounting screws and slide the assembly forward, out of the vehicle body.

2.Twist the bulb socket a quarter turn counterclockwise, then remove the bulb assembly from the housing

3.The defective bulb can then be removed from the socket and replaced.

4. Installation of the front turn signal assembly is the reverse of removal.

check bulbs [and sockets]again .voltage may be passing back through a broken filament inside a dual filament bulb or a shorted socket.

The quick flash is a fault detection for a burnt out bulb. If bulb is good, check bulb socket. Inspect for corrosion. If needed, replace bulb socket. Check bulb socket connector. Check if fuse. Check emergency flashers ( most cars have a separate circuit).

Simple, it just means that one of the right hand flasher bulbs, either back center or front, is burnt out. If all the bulbs are ok, there is probably still one not flashig because of faulty wiring or something in the same line like a switch malfunction or in newer technology, onboard computer malfunction. Being a jaguar, if the bulbs are all OK and you still got a problem, i'd suggest having it checked by the dealer.

Check correct wattage globe is installed in both front and rear indicator lights;
check if any other side/repeat indicator lights have failed.

if you have done all of this check out the socket with a 12- volt tested and the wire behind the socket to see if you have power coming to it or a loose wire or a broken wire.
