It is only available at a Ford Dealership...Give them your VIN Number & they will give you the code...There is a charge for this service...Now, if you lost battery because you changed or disconnected battery you can avoid this happening in the future...Take a 9 volt battery...Remove the snap top from an old smoke detector...Solder the + lead to positive of cigar lighter plug and - lead to negative of cigar lighter plug...snap on 9 volt battery and plug into lighter BEFORE disconnecting car battery...The 9 volt battery will hold radio up while car battery is disconnected...saailer

You usually only can get the code from a dealer service dept.
They need the info that you posted, plus the VIN number of your car, and they can usually look up the code for you
