I t could be the radial separating in the tire. Consider rotating the rear tire from the same side of the car to the front. Never rotate left to right always front to back because it tends to make the radials separate.

I have 2004 jeep and back electric window will not go up. also, everytime i go over a bump in road i have a loud knocking sound in the front end.

Loud knocking may be due to a broken front sway bar end link, common problem on Grand Cherokees. Rear window not going up could be a bad window motor, switch or wiring. Those will have to be checked out to determine exactly what it is.

I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee which is starting to feel like I am having a flat tire or wheel falling off when I go above 45-50 miles per hour. This is in the front.

Could be a worn tie rod end. Allowing one tire to "wobble" compared to the other. Jack up one side, watch the steering wheel and try to wiggle the tire. Lower and check the other side in the same fashion. Ball joints could also be a culprit.

Jeep grand cherokee larado 1999 going above 50

sounds like it time to have the front end balljoints inspected. Only with an inspection will you get the proper results. Why guess, this is a safety issue.

Check the front stabilizer bar and the bushings on it. It is located under the radiator with arms that bend back to each front tire.

Im am rotating tires on a 94 jeep cherokee the

Move the passenger side rear tire to the front, and passenger side front to driver side rear. Switch the driver side rear tire to the front and driver side front to passenger side rear. Repeat this "X" pattern each time you rotate the tires. Rotate the tires from side to side if the tires are different sizes on the front and rear.

This is the better solution. Hope helped (remember rated this help)

A very good possibility is a bad trac bar in the front-end, also how old is the front steering damper?
