Hi, I have a kia rio 2001 and replaced radiator, crank sensor and Wont start

Have your O2 sensors checked, with an OBD2 meter, and see if they are functioning, if not replace them. O2 sensor is located in the exhaust pipe between the motor and the catalytic converter. The front O2 sensor runs the engine and the after cat converter monitors the cat converter.

Images on how to change a knock sensor for 2003 rio kia

On 2003 Kia Rio the knock sensor is located under the intake manifold and must be changed from underneath the car. If you remove the oil filter it is directly above it and is in clear view once the oil filter is out of the way. The connector plugs in behind the intake manifold air breather on the top side. If you remove the air breather cover it will help you get to it. It's not Complicated it's Just a process Of Changing the Knock Sensor.

Omi replaced a knock sensor on my 2003 kia rio,but still giving problem code po3025 saying knock sensor

Did you delete the code ? Maybe it wasnt the knock sensor but the wiring to it. When we get a code we check all that is involved, wiring, connector, corroded connector terminals, then we test the sensor. If there is a fault in the wiring and or connector, this will set a code for the sensor indicating the need for a proper dignosis.
