Probably not. Changes were made in the transmissions in 1994,resulting in them being re-labeled. To get the right transmission for a 1994 you need to look for a casting mark in the3 bell housing, there were 2 different ones and you have to put in what you took out. I'm not 100% sure but I think they were electronics changes so it may physically fit but won't work properly. Hope this helps.

look under the car where the transmission and the engine are bolted together. you can't miss it.

A basic set of tools is all you need to remove and install it. Pay particular attention to what wires are on what posts and make sure those wires end up in the right positions.

Should be on left side (drivers side) of transmission on the tailshaft.

you use a funnel and pour it in through the dipstick tube . Keep in mind that the add mark on transmission dipstick is a pint not a quart.

Not really, unless there is a shift kit in there. Have a transmission shop check it out.

Have you checked the transmission fluid, being too low will cause it to act like it's in neutral

Try servicing the tranny fluid if not changing the fluid, if the problem has existed too long it may be time for a new tranny.
