It is a common problem,you need to replace the blower motor resistor

Heater in 2003 crown vic stays on always ???? Blower motor ? Air blowing out vent's all the time ? Blower motor speed control module .maybe ! If that is what your taking about . Can't turn blower motor off .

2007 ford crown victoria heater and ac not working. nothing comes out of vents. What could be the problem and possible solution(s)?


Your going to need professional help with that,
as a scan tool to check for codes related to the
HVAC & your heater issue is where you start.

You could check fuses as everyone seems to
want to do,but if you find one blown, it will just
blow again, if there is a problem that caused
the fuse to go

The switch for the changing from one to the other might be broke.
