Its possible the nut that tightens the wiper arm has come loose. just center the wiper arm in proper position and try to tighten the nut.

Make sure motor is attached to door correctly and snugly. If the arm is still away from the window, replace the arm.

How to take off the rear windsheild wiper on a 94 grand cherokee

You will need a 13-inch wiper blade for the rear window. 1 - When removing the wiper blade lift the wiper arm away from the window. ----- 2 - With one hand holding the wiper arm press the small tab on the underside of the wiper blade where it meets the wiper arm. ----- 3 - Slide the wiper blade off of the arm by pulling the center toward the bottom of the arm.----- 4 - Lightly lay the wiper arm on the window.----- 5 - Prepare your new wiper blade by taking the curved part of the plastic clip and line it up with the curve of your wiper arm. ----- 6 - Lift the wiper arm and press it through the center of the wiper blade up and over the plastic clip. 7 - Pull the wiper blade up until it clicks. Place the arm back on the window.

The wiper arm is not conacting the rear window -1994 Audi CS 100

the arm is probalby just stuck. apply penetrating oil, give it a few taps, tapping will help distribute the oil, leave it sit for awhile and pry it off. repeat a few times if necessary. make sure you are pulling the arm straight off and not at an angle

2007 Dodge Caravan; Rear Wiper Arm puts no pressure on wiper, thus does not wipe rear window on van.

Is the arm bent? It should have a spring inside of it that applies pressure to the window. good luck

Rear wiper wont wipe window.

Check for a bent arm, pos. was bent by scruber.  Or was it on during the wash? it may have been stuck at one point and the wiper motor still turning, and is now out of time. Arm position to motor shaft position.

Rear window wiper problem

I had a 94 wagon, and have a 99 wagon, and 2001 wagon. I think what you need there is a new rear wiper arm. This is about 44 bucks at getsaturnparts.net. The problem is getting the old wiper arm off without breaking the rear window. The corrosion between the wiper arm and the motor output shaft basically turns the metal into one piece, which may well explain why your arm spring is not holding the arm close to the window. Also explains why you cannot find used saturn rear wiper arms or rear motors on ebay. There is a small sliding lock at the base, but having moved it aside you will find the corrosion will not let the arm go anywhere.

Having done this twice, my approach as follows:

Get a new wiper arm

Take a hack saw and carefully saw the top of the wiper arm off exposing the motor shaft end. After spraying WD40 or other corrosion remover on get a small gear puller and pull the arm off the shaft. Use never seize and slide the new one on.

Front windshield wipers stall or work very intermittantly when on

It is likely that where the wiper arm is attached to the linkage  it is either loose or stripped.
