Ford didn't make the Taurus sho in 2007. The sho were made between 1989-1999 and then 2010-present. In 2007 the Taurus was only offered in SE and SEL trim.
If you are looking for a haynes manual or something which are based on complete tear down and rebuilds of the car, i would see if on the book itself it lists your engine, yamaha only made one car engine really and it was for the SHO which is fantastic however rare, look online and in google for a manual that lists your car, if you are not a fan of buying online, try phoning a company but unless the book you are searching does not list your engine it might cover all the rest but not your powertrain.
your best bet for a diagram is to ask for a suspension printout at your local dealership. Or take a look under any 86-95 Ford Taurus SLO, SHO, or Sable and they use the same design (the SHO just uses slightly different parts. Here is a link though for a SHO parts list with part numbers. Hope this helps.
First I would replace the fuel filter if it hasn't been changed recently, might check the fuel pump relay, might be going out. Lastly, it might just be the fuel pump going out. I just had to replace mine on a '96 SHO. Hope this helps
