Is there an access panel fo the feul pump in 2000

There is not a fuel pump access panel. You have to drop the tank to get to the top of it where the pump is located.

Your first problem is that somebody sold you the wrong fuel pump. The fuel pump that is supposed to work in your 1998 Chevrolet Blazer is available only as a complete fuel pump module assembly. The "pump only" kits are for the "old school" systems (cica 1980s / early 1990s) that run on much lower pressure and will not work with your vehicle.

You have to drop the fuel tank to gain access to the fuel pump. It goes in from the top of the tank.

did you change feul filter? some of these will install backwards and will have no flow.is there enough feul in tank? did you replace or clean sock at bottom of feul pump

the gas tank will be needed to be dropped to gain access to the top of the tank to remove the sender with the attaching fuel pump on it. basicly you disconnect all lines first then the tank straps. the tank will be lighter if no fuel is in it too

Hello... This vehicle does not have an easy access. The fuel tank has to be dropped in order to replace the fuel pump.

change the feul filter first. if that does not do it change the feul pump module with the new wire harness for the pump. do not put in a new pump with the old harness.

Unless there is an access panel inside the vehicle above the fuel pump, you will have to remove the fuel tank in order to access the pump. Do not forget to replace the fuel filter. Partially clogged fuel filter is one of the causes of a failed fuel pump.
