1. The carburetor equipped engines have two filters, main and auxilliary filter.

(a) Main filter: this is located under the car right to the fuel
tank.
(b) Auxilliary filter: this is located in the
engine compartment.

Where is the fuel filter on a 1991 Honda civic Si. And how do i change it?

Under the hood, by the fire wall, to remove unscrew both clamps, top and bottom, when installing new fuel filter, make sure the outlet side of the fuel filter is toward the engine.

Won't start turns over, fuel filter and pump seem

You could have a bad main relay. Do a search for main relay issues on 88-91 Civics and you'll find that it's a common problem. It's located way up under the dash behing the hood release. It's a huge pain to replace but if you've got a little mechanical skill and a lot of patience it can be done.

Change the headlight assembly on a 91 honda civic si hatchback

I don't believe you do. You may have to take several of the clips or screws out, that also help to hold the bumper cover on , but that should be it

91 honda civic dx. Starts, runs for a few seconds then stalls

Try pounding on the gas tank with a rubber mallet or similar tool. (careful not to dent the tank) Try starting it. If it runs, replace the fuel pump (it's nfg). I've diagnosed numerous fuel pumps this way. Remember the pump needs to be replaced, if you drive it, you don't know when it'll fail for good. Hope this helps. Please post the results.
