No your problem needs to be looked at by lifting vehicle up on 4 poster and a big bar to check all the ball joints ,i suspect the antiroll bar bushes but without a good look i wouldnt like to say but its a self inflicted injury caused by going over sleeping policeman too fast .changing the shock absorbers will only cause the vehicle to fail its yearly mechanical inspection as its not original and the heavier equipment might not appear on the certificate of homoglonation issued for this vehicle
