PO 404 exhaust gas reciculation circuit, range or performance problems
PO 405 exhaust gas reciculation sensor circuit low
PO 463 fuel level sensor circuit high input

take it to the nearest advance auto they plug in a small computer and it will tell you exactly what those code mean for free or you can buy your own diagnostic computer for about $80
Code 122 is for a low signal coming from the TPS. Since you have replaced the sensor, the problem may be in the wiring harness. The signal would need to be checked. Code 405 is also a low signal coming from the EGR valve. Same thing, you need to check the signal with a scanner or volt meter. And when the computer is not getting an acceptable reading from the TPS it uses a known good signal to bypass the sensor which will cause the idle speed and shifting problems. The computer does not know when you open the throttle.
po135 is o2 sencer on drivers side. will be the first one. po300 is random/multiple misfire.po404 is a egr code. po102 mass air flow circuit low input. po440 evap emission control system malfunction
These should be auxiliary emmisions codes....shouldnt cause problems...I work for chrysler but codes are basically the same...you need to have an emissions machine hooked to it...It is all
enviornmental components...You could have a vacum leak or something simple..Have you ever done work to the exhaust system ?...could be a short to ground or loose connection in the harness also.Sometimes you can unplug then replug connectors at the component and solve the code problem because wiring will make the PCM think it is bad when it actually isnt..The PCM activates the ground for all components only after identifying the connection is complete...

Easy stuff my friend.use a 10mm socket and unbolt it from the head.also there's a tube and an 8mm socket can be used to remove them.4 bolts in all and replace the 2 gaskets.Erase the code if possible as well.
In the top picture you can see egr adapter, three bolts, the egr valve mounts to adapter. Hope the picture gives you some orientation? You can see the 5 wire connector and wire colors. The bottom picture should be the egr valve.
2005 dodge caravan po404 and po405 , changed egr valve an had only po405. now listen heres the punch line disconnect the battery and touch the cables together to drain the capacitors for 30 secs.reconnect an BAM po405 is gone if it dont work ill give you your money back.
