Check the "turbo" .. everyone on here is obsesed with valves . Saabs use both oil and coolant to cool and lube the turbo . Cheap fix , yes ! Easy fix, yes !. Start there and good luck

Sounds to me like they did a bad head job. No pun intended. lol, White smoke indicates moisture in exhaust but black smoke indicates a oil leak. I would take it back and have them check the job they did. If the car is over heating then the head gaskets are pretty much blown.

1996 Saturn sl2 smoke problem not head gasket no antifreeze seeping in valve cover gasket leaks and losing about a quart and a half of oil no blue smoke kinda white but heavy a little stops driving

White coming out the tail pipes is coolant/water. Doesn't mean the head gasket is blown, but you'll wish it was. Could be a cracked head. They can crack inside the intake or exhaust port. This would still give you a good compression reading. If in the intake, you would have a misfire. Exhaust you wouldn't. As far as the blue goes. It is mostly white in color, with a hint of blue color. Loosing that much oil would be a major leak or the rings are shot. Rings being shot, you would see that blueish tint in the smoke.

Replaced head gaskets but still have white smoke out tail pipe

NOTE: Water vapor will collected in the exhaust system and will burn it off as steam until the pipes get hot enough to boil it off when starting a cold engine. That being said:
you could indeed have a crack in the head, or crack in the water jacket. You may or may not be able to spot some contamination of oil in the coolent or vice-versa, i would check for that too.

Pickup is getting hot, have put a new radiator, thermastat, new sensor. now is smoking out the tail pipe and trying to die. There is not water in the oil.

You don't always get water in the oil, with blown head gasket, if the smoke is white or like steam, back head gasket, engine got to hot.Your getting water in the cylinder's, that's why it's running with a cylinder miss.

Saab 2003 2.0 petrol toxic smell and white smoke comes from exhaust engine light came on but went back of its self and there was a small whistle coming from engine seems to be gone now anything i can do to...

get it inspected, you may have a blown head gasket. If you do not get it looked at and it is a head gasket issue you could destroy the 02 sensor and the catalytic converter.

Smoke keeps coming out the tail pipe bad...what should i do to fix it?

you likely have a head gasket issue or cylinder issue. Neither of these is remotely cheap to fix. if the smoke is gray probably burning oil, if the smoke is white probably getting water in the oil from failed head gasket.
