The 2003 Trailblazer has separate fuses for each headlight. Check the fusebox under the hood near the battery. A complete diagram showing you where the low beam fuses are can be found in your vehicle owner's manual.

One headlight on my 04 f250 lowbeam only won't work even with new bulb

Try a new Relay. Sometimes Ford uses the same part in other sockets. The horn relay may be interchangeable for testing.

Relays are shown in the help section of Autozone.com when you register your vehicle.

How to deenergize lowbeam headbeam headlight for replacement???

You really don't have to de energize the bulb. Just make sure the lights are in the off position. It uses a D2R 35W HID Capsule bulb part number D2R in Osram/Sylvania. Just remember not to touch the glass on the new bulb while installing it.

How do you change a headlight bulb on a 2003 Toyota Celica GT? Under the plastic covering the headlight there is a lot of fog and condensation and I want to clean it off, so how do I take off the plastic that covers the headlight?

Seem to be seal is wear off
already on the front cover
The way to open that
1. There is four screws at the back of
the headlights and unscrew them
2. Pull the headlight and dry it
by wiping or heat of the sun or
anything that can release the fog
3. Buy silicon and seal the headlight
gap with silicon and let it dry for a hour
This will help kept away fog
and condensation for sure
