My 2002 audi a4 passenger seat stop working . theres no power going to the motor. could it be a fuse???

i don't know. please look in owner's manual for fuse location and inspect/change. my blower [Ranger pick up] was located under hood in front of passenger seat and i bought a used blower to save $$$$. easy for me to install. friend's car [pontiac vibe] had bad heater resistor cardon inside firewall at passenger's feet.- $75 new - easy to replace.

Looks like 4 fuses, #2 37 both 30 amp also fuse # 22 23 both 15 amp. I hope this helps. Take care.

There is short in the seat motor, or in one of the connections in the seat. You'd have to remove the seat and dissemble to locate the short with a volt meter / continuity tester.

defective window switch or broken wire, did you test the power to the window motor when you changed the motor?? start there, unplug the motor and test for power when you use the switch, then up by the switch test for power into, and coming out of the switch, if the switch gets power but no power coming out ten its the switch. if the switch has power coming out but not at motor,then its a broken wire.

For Audi A4 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
First fuse on first row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.20 = F20 (15A) - RH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.
First fuse on second row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.21 = F21 (15A) - LH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.

SOUND LIKE POWER WINDOWS MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER IS BLOWED.

I HAD SAME PROBLEM FIRST CHECK FUSES ON DRIVERSIDE THEN CHECK IF YOUR GETTING POWER TO YOUR DOOR (DRIVERSIDE FIRST) UNPLUG CONNECTER (A PILLAR) AND TEST IF YOUR GETTING POWER.THEN CHECK FOR BROKEN WIRES GOING INTO THE DOOR. I HAD A BROKEN WIRE JUST AS THE CABLE ENTERED INTO THE DOOR. HOPE I WAS OF SOME HELP TO YOU..IF NOT GET BACK TO ME AND I WILL DO WHAT I CAN TO HELP..

I have the same problem. Seat and steering column just stopped working. Passenger side normal. No fuse for these components. With so many postings witht he same problem there has to be a defective or worn out source. Please post if you find a solution!

lower track control arm bushes

Relay located behind a panel on the drivers side of the facia, Plus the fuse as well. Hope this works for you..Check all wiring connections
