I have a 2005 lexus rx 300. Where is the disc that the GPS is reading as I need to upgrade to current version

Just today I found that it's in the back. Lift up the cargo door and you'll see what looks like a tape deck to the right. It has a sliding door and the DVD comes out. Told me that the updates are around $200.00. Good luck! Vicki

2004 Lexus RX 330 issues with headlights and tail lights... its not the bulbs what should i do next ... what are the possibilities

try to replace fuse,
fuse box normaly found under dashbourd.,near to door.
if this does not work you may have wiring trouble

My Lexus RX 330 2004 Radio volume button remains at 0 when turned and also does not respond to steering wheel control

I removed the battery cable from the negative terminal for 2 hours, reconnected it, which reset the memory to it's default. My sound is now working for my audio system.

I HAVE A 2004 RX 330 AND MY PROBLEM IS THE REAR DOOR MAKES AN ATTEMP TO OPEN WHEN USING THE REMOTES BUT DOESNT.IT OPENS MANUALLY AND WILL CLOSE USING THE REMOTES BUT IT JUST WONT OPEN USING THE REMOTES.

Did you check the button that you can accidently switch on the inside of the glove box? It controls the motor that opens the power back door.

Can an MP3 jack be added to a 2004 Rx330?

Yes if you check on line there are aftermarket kits to do this. Lexus (CANADA) has the component coupled with dealer installed rear DVD player option however on line you can buy the same aftermarket little box and jack setup without buying the DVD player.

another thought is try disconnecting the battery for and hour or 2 and see if that resets it,your last resort may be (hate to say it ) dealer to look at it

Hi, you can tell by the dark brown trace line at the botton of the windshield. (similar to the rr hatch glass lines)

you need to check for recalls other then that you need to do a master reset by disconetting the battery for thirty minute.s and also take out the back up fuse witch is located in the fuse box under the hood.

Sorry havent a clue on this one ,but i think you may have to use the cd player ?? how look in the hand book but i do know that a lot of new vehicles load through the cd player and it has to have the original disk before its recognised ,this is to stop people like me loading pirates from the torrent sites
