We've rewired a MK3 Fiesta HCS CFI, replacing the loom, and, fusebox with those from a FRST. Problem is the car wont start. Need a diagram showing, pin designations, on the HCS CFI engine loom plug, and the FRST loom plug that come from the fusebox, and connects with the engine loom.Also the relays in the FRST fusebox, compared with a HCS CFI fusebox. So we can change whatever necessary to get car started. major problem is, not certain of registration of donor car, think it was H reg, my car L reg. Haynes not providing any assistance in this matter.

honestly fords have been notoreous for there not so well built heads. I would try to lubricate it with a penatrating oil (one that foams works better than wd40) and give it your best shot otherwise find someone who is selling the same head. Also note to put on some anti seize stuff to prevent it from happening again.

Its located below the alternator and you have to remove that to get to it. Pain in the neck for ford to put it there

on the inside of car remove plastic triangle then you will find 3 screws remove these and refit
