I need the diagram for the vacuum hoses for a 1989 Isuzu Amigo. A mechanic repaired a head gasket problem, though left most of the hoses off and/or missing.
You can go to autozone.com and register for full free online repair manual. Register, login, choose year, make, mode, and view repair guide. They have your vaccum diagram. There should also be one on the hood itself.

It's venting compression into the cooling system. Anything from a bad head gasket to a cracked head or block. Start the engine cold and see if the pressure jumps up quick before the engine is even to running temperature. If so that's what it is.
