I would go to the local Chrysler dealer and ask. In some countries the clock spring has a lifetime warranty and Chrysler have announced a free part replacement whenever the problem shows up.
Hope this helps. Please rate the solution to help fixya serve you better in future.
very simple to change remove whichever tire is on the bad hub then remove the caliper and rotor then there is the axle nut remove this now on the backside there are 4 18mm bolts remove these four bolts then tap the bearing assembly with a hammer this may take a few smacks then go in reverse order to reassemble torque the axle nut to 110 ft pounds
Should just have to unbolt the 3 or 4 bolts holding it in the spindle. No special tools are required. You should be able to get to them with a wrench if you have to. Plus you do have to undo the nut holding the axle in.
The clock spring is located under the steering wheel, the airbag must be disarmed (if not done correctly can can serious injury) and the steering wheel removed to replace it, a dealer will charge about $200 for this repair.
