As long as it is a secure load then yes ,,,use a trailer if possible or tow rope or link arm or both

If there is no tow hook, you will need to tie the rope around the axle

if you cant feel a loop under neath the bumper then try to get it wrapped around the axel to where it will pull evenly

The tow bar maintains a constant distance between the vehicles.

Use a ratchet strap that you get to hold stuff down in a truck. Hook one end on the bottom of the steering wheel and run the other end down to the front of the seat and hook it there. Ratchet it tight and that will hold the wheel straight. Hope this helps.
