They are all on the same power circuit.(they share the same fuse) It sounds like a ground connection problem.Check all the tail light ground connections

Tail lights and dash lights quit working on my GMC yukon (1997) Headlights and other lights work. fuses are ok and replaced the switch

Do your brakes lights work? You replaced the switch was this the light switch that is found on the firewall that is activated when the brakes are applied?
If not, replace that switch. it is found underneath the dash on the driver side.It has a button that is depressed when the brakes are applied.

All light work except tail light and dash lights. turn works, brake works, head ok. All are on the turn signal switch could that be the problem

First check fuse that is for tail lights, Check Owners Manuel under fuses, sometimes fuses control more than one circuit . Is there a dimmer switch for the dash light? Again check owners Manuel. Check the tail light bulbs themselves, make sure there is no corrosion at the bottom of the bulb and contact.

Tail lights not working

Sounds like you may have a short within the brake light switch itself. I'm not familiar with the vehicle but this electric switch will likely be located under the dash on the brake pedal itself.

Left headlight, dash lights, and both tail lights do no illuminate. brake lights and high beams work fine. what would cause this to happen, fuses are good.

Most certainly a wiring fault, you need a wiring diagram, these items are related as in all on same circuit. Check rear of fuse box.

The brake lights do not want to work. i have changed the brake switch under the dash and the bulbs on the tail lights.still nothing. i also, changed fuses.

does the high mounted brake light work? the brake switch has 2 contacts one for the high mount (LT BLUE/BLACK) and one for the tail brake lights. The tail/brake light wire is LIGHT BLUE. the main connector between the brake light switch and the tail lights is C208 which is located behind the rear seat, left side. So if there is power coming out of the brake switch OK and no power at the tail lights, check that connector. Hope this helps.

My brake lights don't work on my tail lights, window light works

under the dash board, up behind the brake pedal mounted on a bracket, is the brake switch, that might be bad.
