2007 Dodge Caliber 2.0 DOHC no start, P000a, P000b. Low oil on dip stick.

codes p000A refers to camshaft position sensor(CMP) actuator, intake /left/front bank 1---slow response===causes ---wiring---CMP actuator---ECM

code P000B refers to CMP actuator, exhaust/right/rear bank 1--slow response -====causes ---wiring---CMP actuator---ECM
did it occur to you that if there is insufficient oil in the motor that items that require oil pressure may throw codes when that oil pressure is fluctuating from air being pumped
first fill the sump to the high mark on the dip stick and keep it there , then it the codes reappear have an accredited service centre change the actuators

DTC P0013: Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit
It may not even be a cam sensor problem !
DTC P0340: Intake CMP Sensor Circuit

DTC P0341: Intake Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Performance

DTC P0366: Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Performance
Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator System
The camshaft position (CMP) actuator system is an electro-hydraulic operated device used for a variety of engine performance and operational enhancements. These enhancements include lower emission output through exhaust gas dilution of the intake charge in the combustion chamber, a broader engine torque range, and improved fuel economy. The CMP actuator system accomplishes this by changing the angle or timing of the camshaft relative to the crankshaft position. The CMP actuator simply allows earlier or later intake and exhaust valve opening during the four stroke engine cycle. The CMP actuator cannot vary the duration of valve opening, or the valve lift.
During engine OFF, engine idling conditions, and engine shutdown, the camshaft actuator is held in the Park position. Internal to the CMP actuator assembly is a return spring and a locking pin. During non-phasing modes of the camshaft, the return spring rotates the camshaft back to the Park position, and the locking pin retains the CMP actuator sprocket to the camshaft

What does code p2004 mean?

P2204-The PCM detects that the position feedback of the Manifold Flow Valve Position Sensor is not within range of the adapted value learned during in-plant initialization or after a non volatile memory reset (adaptive memory clear).
Usually means the air flow valves are stuck open or closed. You have to remove the intake and either free up the valves by cleaning them and lubing them, or replace the intake with a new one with new valve.
P000A &P000B:
The codes are for Cam position sensor A and B slow response.

Ever changed the timing belt on that car? It may have jumped a tooth. Check your maintenance schedule for lifespan. I believe it is 65,000 mile interval on changing it.
Note - some engines will be badly damaged if a timing belt snaps or skips too far, as the pistons and valves occupy some of the same space at different times during the engine operating cycle.
The car may also have a faulty timing belt tensioner, which should also be replaced with the timing belt.
Another possible cause is a faulty sensor in the distributor.
