Abslight stays on. How to fix? This is a2007trailblazer?

First you need to have EBCM - electronic brake control module check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's . If the light is on there is a code stored . I think most part stores can do this and for free . After you find out what code is stored , looking up that code in service repair information for diagnostic trouble shooting chart would be next step . There are a few codes too.
DTC C0035 or C0040
DTC C0045 or C0050
DTC C0110
DTC C0131
DTC C0161
DTC C0186
DTC C0196
DTC C0201
DTC C0240
DTC C0241 or P0856
DTC C0244 or P1689
DTC C0245
DTC C0283
DTC C0287
DTC C0290 or C0292
DTC C0455
DTC C0550
DTC C0558

Find the code do the diagnostic's , fix the problem , wiring issue's , a sensor , bad module ,what ever it is . The light will go out then . Here is a sample of code discription .
• DTC C0035 Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit
• DTC C0040 Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit

I have a 2005 Equinox. The abs and tc light are on. Also there is an occaisional sound and vibration when I press on the brakes going at a slow rate of speed. The local Chevy dealer test drove the...

Have a competent mechanic scan the codes in the ABS control. A common fail point of the 2005 Equinox is the wire harness jumper for the drivers front wheel sensor. This is a foot and a half long jumper that connects the wheel sensor to the engine compartment wire harness. It is rigidly held in place by a couple of plastic stays that create a pinch flex point just beneath the lower stay where wheel turn moves the wire against this rigid point. After about 60-80k miles, the wire begins to break down in the insulator and false wheel speed readings are read as false wheel slip indications while the ABS system tries to modulate brake pressure. This modlation creates the grinding feel. After an amount of time, the ABS computer "recognizes" this as a fault and shuts ABS and traction control off since both systems use the wheel spin input, and the dash lights light.
Although this is a pretty pricey part at a dealer, a genuine Delco replacement part can be found online often at a much more reasonable price.

ABS, TRAC OFF, SERVICE VEHICLE SOON LIGHTS ARE ON. BRAKE PEDAL PULSATES INTERMITTENLY AND MAKES NOISE.

with these lights on then you will have to see what codes are in the abs and pcm module to find out what the problems are.the abs module will activate when the traction control lights come on.this can also cause a noise and pulsate in the brakes pedal.

I have a 2003 LS Sport Impala I have relpaced the front wheel bearings twice and have lost the humming noise but still have an issue with the ABS and traction control warning lights being on. I had it...

WHEN YOU PRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL DOES THE PEDAL SEEM TO JUMP? IF SO THE MODULE HAS SEEN A WHEEL SPEED SENSOR MPH DROP SIGNALING A BRAKE LOCK UP . OR LOSS OF WHEEL SPEED , IF THATS THE CASE THE MOST COMMON PROBLEM IS A BROKEN WIRE IN THE VEHICLE HARNESS NEAR THE WHEEL SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR USUALLY WHERE THE HARNESS MAKES A U TURN UPWARDS .

IS THE ABS LIGHT ON ALL THE TIME ORDOES IT RESET WITH A KEY CYCLE?

FIRST OF ALL THE TRACTION CONTROLL AND THE ABS SYSTEM ARE BASICALLY THE SAME SYSTEM.

THERE SHOULD BE SERVICE CODES FOR THE MALFUNCTIONS , FIRST THING IS TO RETRIEVE ALL ABS CODES THEN MONITOR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR INPUTS WHILE DRIVING

HOPE THIS HELPS

ABS light and Traction control light stay on. Vehicle brakes ok, but pedal feels "grindy" intermittently when braking

That "grindy" feeling is when the ABS kicks in. It's only suppose to activate when you slam on the brakes and the wheels would normally lock. Instead, ABS will very quickly pump the brakes on and off, to prevent the wheels from locking (making a giant skid mark) and stopping the car more effectively. Generally this only happens if you slam on the brakes or loose traction due to rain or snow while braking. If this is happening often and the brake light is on, on the dash, then you need to get this checked out by a qualified mechanic ASAP.

ABS and Traction Control Light On

Because the brakes were changed, either one of the sensors were broken when removing brakes or it has set a code. Go to your local autoparts store and have them reset the code. See if it comes back on. If it does you will need to look at the ABS sensors on each wheel and replace if damaged

Abs light is on with another light that has a picture if a tire and in the middle says t/c

t/c stans for traction control. traction control and abs use the same sensors, therefor if 1 sensor is bad, neither options will work. 1 of the wheel sensors must be bad.
