Heat only on drivers side cold on passengers

Does the engine warm up before driving it? I ALWAY start my truck awhile before I drive (so I don't break the valves and so I can have heat). Mainly because it's an 8.0l v10 magnum (it's gigantic).

have someone check the driver's side temperature control doors, in behind the radio. there are two push rods attached to a plastic piece. the connector on one or both of these push rods, become unattached. leaving you with cold air. once that temperature door is closed you get hot air. passenger side still mixes, but not drivers. All or none for heat on Driver's side

Not sure about your dodge, but on hondas there is a lever under the driver side vent to allow fresh(outside air) when its cold out, it will be cold, even with the heat on inside, so check to see if your has that lever somewhere on that side...hope that helps

Sounds like there is a crack in the vent that leads to the drivers side, and hot air from the engine is leaking through.

they actuator door is stuck or acuator motor is not working right sounds like it could be mixing warm air into get book at library and troubleshoot system!!! :)

I don't believe you do. You may have to take several of the clips or screws out, that also help to hold the bumper cover on , but that should be it

I had a problem on a 91 Civic DX where the drivers auto seat belt wouldnt move and the beeper would not stop.Had a blown seat belt fuse.Replaced the fuse no more problem. The Seat belt fuses are located under the red cover that covers the positive battery terminal. On mine the fuse closest to the font of the car was for the drivers side auto seat belt the one closest to the windshield is for the passager seat belt. They are green and rated at 30A.
