Key fob not working on front passenger side but works all other doors. I changed the actuator. 2012 ford fusion. Any Ideas will help

Does your fusion have Power Door Locks - Without Memory or Power Door Locks - With Memory ? Do you know about ford SJB - smart junction box ?

Power Door Locks - Without Memory
Regardless of the key position, the smart junction box (SJB) is supplied voltage at all times. When the SJB receives a signal from the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter, the keyless entry keypad, or the door lock control switches, the SJB supplies a ground signal to the appropriate lock or unlock relay. The ground signal closes the relay which supplies voltage to the door lock actuators. The door lock actuators then actuate to a lock or unlock position.
Power Door Locks - With Memory
Regardless of the key position, the SJB and the driver door module (DDM) are supplied voltage at all times. When the SJB receives a signal from the RKE transmitter, the keyless entry keypad, or either door lock control switch, the SJB sends a command to the DDM, through the controller area network (CAN), and a ground signal to the lock and unlock relays. When the LH door lock control switch is pressed, the DDM receives the lock or unlock signal. The DDM will send a request through the CAN network to the SJB to lock or unlock the passenger doors. The SJB then responds to the DDM request, authorizing a lock or unlock of the driver door by the DDM. The DDM then supplies voltage and ground to the driver door lock actuator based on the lock or unlock request. The ground signal in the SJB closes the relay which supplies voltage to the remaining door lock actuators. The remaining door lock actuators then actuate to a lock or unlock position determined by the relay.

On a 2001 Ford Focus SE five speed where is the automatic door lock relay located

Sorry Andrew , no BCM on this vehicle . The Central Security Module is incharge of power door locks . Central Security Module For additional information, refer to Section 419-10 .
The central security module is equipped with a battery back-up which holds the programmed transmitter(s) memory in the event of the vehicle battery disconnection.
Principles of Operations The Door Switch Lock Function When a door lock switch is moved into the lock position or a door lock cylinder is rotated to the lock position, the door lock switch grounds the lock circuit input to the central security module. The central security module then provides 12 volts to one side of the door lock actuators contained in the door latch unit and simultaneously grounds the other side of the door lock actuators. This completes the door lock actuator circuit, causing the door lock actuators to rotate a cam assembly, which then locks the doors.

The Door Switch Unlock Function When a door lock switch is moved into the unlock position, the door lock switch grounds the unlock circuit input to the central security module. The central security module then provides 12 volts to the opposite side (relative to locking the door) of the door lock actuator(s) contained in the door latch unit and simultaneously grounds the other side of the door lock actuator(s). This completes the door lock actuator circuit, causing the door lock actuator(s) to rotate a cam assembly in the opposite direction, which then unlocks the door(s). The 12 volts which the central security module provides to the door lock actuator(s) are provided to each door lock actuator from the individual pins on the central security module connector.

Keyless Entry When a remote transmitter button is depressed, it transmits the appropriate command to the central security module as a radio frequency. The central security module receives the command from the remote transmitter through an antenna, which is incorporated in the central security module.
When the central security module receives a command from the remote transmitter, it then sends the appropriate output to control the desired devices. These outputs devices include:
  • The front and rear door lock units.
  • Central timer module (CTM).
  • The liftgate release motor.
  • The right and left side turn signal lamp(s).
The central security module sends a signal to the CTM when courtesy lamp illumination is required.
Computer Operated Locks Each front door lock actuator contains a bipolar motor that controls the lock and unlock linkage. The lock/unlock lever of both front door interior handles use linkage to actuate the lever lock switch located inside each front door lock actuator. Each lever lock switch remains in the unlock position until lock/unlock lever of the interior door handle is moved to the lock position. This action toggles the lever lock switch to the lock position. The central security module uses only one electrical input for both lever lock switches. The central security module cannot determine whether the driver or passenger door lever lock switch was actuated. Therefore, actuating the lock feature from either front door will have the same affect of locking all doors. Actuating the unlock feature will not unlock any other door.
The door lock control switches for both front doors also use only one input to the central security module.
Both rear passenger doors contain a rear door lock actuator that controls only electric lock or unlock of the door. Actuating the lock/unlock lever at either rear passenger door will have no effect on other doors.
The panic feature of the remote transmitter sounds the vehicle horn when the vehicle is not equipped with anti-theft. If the vehicle is equipped with anti-theft feature, a separate horn is sounds for the panic feature.

1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo ' Monte Carlo, Lumina (VIN W) Service Manual ' Body and Accessories ' Doors ' Description and Operation ' Document ID: 292071
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Power Door Locks Circuit Description
Models Without Keyless Entry
When either door lock switch is pressed in the power door locks system, all doors lock or unlock in unison. Each lock can also be operated manually from the locking knob.
The locks are operated by reversible actuators that receive voltage from the door lock relay assembly's two built-in relays. The relays energize the actuators by applying voltage to one of the terminals and ground to the other terminal. In order to reverse the actuators, the polarity to the terminals is reversed.
The door lock switches are usually closed briefly. If the door lock switches are held closed, a circuit breaker in each actuator will open to protect against damage. The circuit breaker resets only after voltage is removed from the actuator.
Lock Operation
Pressing the lock position on either door lock switch sends a voltage signal in CKT 195.
Pressing the lock position turns on the lock relay located inside the door lock relay assembly. The lock relay completes the circuit that supplies voltage to CKT 295. CKT 295 is the voltage feed to the actuators.
At this time, the unlock relay is not energized. When the unlock relay is off, CKT 294 is grounded, which provides a ground path to the door lock actuators.
The entire action described completes the electrical circuit the actuators in each door, thus locking the doors.
When the door lock switch is released, the lock relay contact closes to ground, and the actuators turn off.
Unlock Operation
Pressing the unlock position on either door lock switch sends a voltage signal in CKT 194.
Pressing the unlock position turns on the unlock relay located inside the door lock relay assembly. The unlock relay completes the circuit that supplies voltage to CKT 294. CKT 294 is the voltage feed to the actuators.
At this time, the lock relay is not energized. When the lock relay is off, CKT 295 is grounded, which provides a ground path to the door lock actuator.
The entire action described completes the electrical circuit to the actuators in each door, thus unlocking the doors. The polarity of the voltage to the actuators has reversed, causing the actuators to run in the opposite direction in order to unlock the doors.
Models Equipped With Keyless Entry
All door locks operate the same as vehicle models equipped without keyless entry, except the left front door lock.
At this time, the lock relay is not energized. When the lock relay is off, CKT 295 is grounded, which provides a ground path to all door lock actuators, except left front door lock actuator.
The left front door actuator is grounded through the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver, RCDLR, CKT 694. The RCDLR has a built-in relay. When the built-in relay is de-energized, the relay provides a path to ground to the left front door actuator.
The entire action described completes the electrical circuit to the actuators in each door, thus locking the doors.
When the door lock switch is released, the lock relay contact closes to ground, and the actuators turn off.
Unlock Operation
Pressing the unlock position on either door lock switch sends a voltage signal in CKT 194. The signal is sent to both the unlock relay located inside the door lock relay and the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver, RCDLR.
Pressing the unlock position turns on the unlock relay, and signals the RCDLR to unlock the left front door. the unlock relay completes the circuit that supplies voltage to CKT 294. CKT 294 is the voltage feed to the actuators, except the left front door lock actuator.
The left front door actuator receives voltage through the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver, RCDLR, CKT 694. the RCDLR has a built-in relay. When the built-in relay is energized, the relay provides a voltage to the left front door actuator. The RCDLR energizes the relay when it receives a voltage in CKT 194.
At this time, the lock relay is not energized. When the lock relay is off, CKT 295 is grounded, which provides a ground path to all door lock actuators.
The left front door actuator is grounded through the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver, RCDLR, CKT 694. The RCDLR has a built-in relay. When the built-in relay is de-energized, the relay provides a path to ground the left front door actuator.
The entire action described completes the electrical circuit to the actuators in each door, thus locking the doors.
When the door lock switch is released, the unlock relay contact closes to ground, the RCDLR left door unlock control relay contacts close to ground, and the actuators turn off.

I have a 2008 Chevy Malibu inside door locks don’t work like theirs no power no does not click on inside to lock when you’re in the car nor outside when you put the key in the outside lock it only locks...

Probably not a whole lot your going to be able to do ,Unless you have a factory or some other professional type scan tool to check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's , an have service repair info for power locks for your car . Computer controlled (BCM) - body control module .
Door Lock System Components
The Power Door Lock System consists of the following components:
• Body control module (BCM)
• Driver door lock switch
• Front passenger door lock switch
• Reversible door lock actuator in each of the doors
• IBCM (PWR) 15-amp fuse
• Driver door cylinder switch, if equipped

Door Lock System Controls
The Power Door Lock System is controlled by the body control module (BCM) and can be activated by any one of the following:
• A door lock switch lock or unlock actuation
• A keyless entry transmitter actuation
• An automatic door lock or unlock actuation
• A last door closed locking (LDCL) actuation
If the driver door cylinder switch feature of the vehicle is functional, the locks may also be operated by a driver door cylinder switch lock or unlock activation

If the driver door cylinder switch feature of the vehicle is functional, the locks may also be operated by a driver door cylinder switch lock or unlock activation
Power Door Lock Switch Operation
Each door lock switch is wired to the body control module (BCM) through a separate door lock/unlock signal circuit. While these circuits are separated between the BCM and respective door lock switch, they are connected into a single circuit within the BCM. The BCM supplies voltage through the door lock/unlock signal circuits to each door lock switch. When either door lock switch is operated, this supply voltage is pulled to ground, providing the BCM with the required lock or unlock signal. In order for the BCM to distinguish between a lock and unlock signal, the lock switch contains two separate paths for this voltage to flow to the same body ground. When the switch is operated to the unlock position, the supply voltage flows to ground through a 1.5 K? resistor. When the switch is operated to the lock position, the supply voltage flows to ground through a different part of the switch circuit, which has no resistor. The BCM then interprets the flow of voltage as a lock or unlock request and powers the door lock actuators to the appropriate lock or unlock position.
Power Door Lock Actuators
The body control module (BCM) powers the reversible door lock actuators by providing battery positive voltage and ground to the appropriate lock and unlock control circuits of the actuators. The Lock control circuits of the driver and passenger door lock actuators are all connected together, however, the Unlock control circuits are connected in a slightly different way. While the unlock control circuits for the passenger door lock actuators are connected together, the driver door lock actuator has a separate unlock control circuit. The system is designed this way so that the keyless entry transmitter may be used to unlock only the driver door. Despite this difference, all of the lock actuators perform much the same way. When the door lock actuators are not active, all actuator Lock and Unlock control circuits are at ground potential within the BCM. Transitioning of the lock actuators to the lock or unlocked position depends upon which control circuits receive voltage and which control circuits receive ground.
• If the BCM is commanding the door lock actuators to Lock, it momentarily switches the lock control circuits to voltage. Since the unlock control circuits are at ground potential within the BCM, the actuators transition to the Lock position.
• If the BCM is commanding all door lock actuators to Unlock, it momentarily switches the unlock control circuits for both the driver and passenger door lock actuators to voltage. Since the lock control circuits are at ground potential within the BCM, all lock actuators transition to the Unlock position.
• If the BCM is commanding only the driver door lock actuator to Unlock, it momentarily switches only the driver door actuator unlock control circuit to voltage. Since the lock control circuit is at ground potential within the BCM, the actuator transitions to the Unlock position.
Power Door Lock and Unlock Operation w/Keyless Entry Transmitter
The keyless entry transmitter may be used to unlock only the driver door. When the unlock button of the keyless entry transmitter is pressed once, the body control module (BCM) receives the unlock request from the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR). The BCM interprets this single press as an unlock driver door request and responds by switching only the driver door lock actuator unlock control circuit to voltage. With the lock actuator lock control circuit for the driver door at ground potential within the BCM, the driver door lock actuator transitions to Unlock.
If the unlock button of the keyless entry transmitter is pressed a second time within three seconds of the first press, the BCM interprets this second press as a request to unlock the passenger doors and responds by switching the passenger door unlock control circuits to voltage. With the lock actuator lock control circuits at ground potential within the BCM, the passenger door locks transition to Unlock.
To lock all doors with the keyless entry transmitter, a single press of the transmitter lock button is all that is ever needed. The BCM receives the lock doors request from the RCDLR and responds by switching all lock actuator lock control circuits to battery voltage. With the actuator unlock control circuits at ground within the BCM, all actuators transition to Lock.

Where is the relay for the door locks on a 2007 ford focus

Doesn't have any relay's for the door locks . The (GEM) generic electronic module controls the door locks . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

The Door Lock Function When a door lock control switch is moved into the lock position or a door lock cylinder is rotated to the lock position, a ground is provided to the lock circuit input to the generic electronic module (GEM). The GEM then provides 12 volts to one side of the door lock actuators contained in the door latch assembly and simultaneously grounds the other side of the door lock actuators. This completes the door lock actuator circuit, causing the door lock actuators to rotate a cam assembly, which then locks the doors.
The Door Unlock Function When a door lock control switch is moved into the unlock position, the door lock switch grounds the unlock circuit input to the GEM. The GEM then provides 12 volts to the opposite side (relative to locking the door) of the door lock actuator(s) contained in the door latch assembly and simultaneously grounds the other side of the door lock actuator(s). This completes the door lock actuator circuit, causing the door lock actuator(s) to rotate a cam assembly in the opposite direction, which then unlocks the door(s).

2005 Chevy Impala. The door locks keep locking during drive.

It's probably a bad input to the BCM - body control module ! Have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .
The automatic door lock function can only be enabled by the body control module (BCM) if the driver door open switch and door ajar switches are in the Closed state. For information on programming the automatic door locks, refer to Vehicle Personalization in Personalization.
DTC B3064 or B3069
DTC B3127
DTC B3128, B3133, or B3138
DTC B3132
DTC B3137
DTC B3272
Your best bet , take it to the chevy dealer . Unless you own a GM factory Tech 2 scan tool an have access to factory sevice repair info.
.
The outputs to the door lock actuators are controlled by the body control module (BCM). When the BCM receives a lock input from a door lock switch, or a keyless entry transmitter, it applies battery positive voltage to the door lock actuator lock control circuit, a ground to the door lock actuator unlock control, and the driver door lock actuator unlock control circuits. When the BCM receives an unlock input from a door lock switch, it applies battery positive voltage to the door lock actuator unlock control, the driver door lock actuator unlock control circuits, and a ground to the door lock actuator lock control circuit . When the BCM receives an single Unlock input from a keyless entry transmitter, it applies battery positive voltage to the driver door lock actuator unlock control circuit and a ground to the door lock actuator lock control circuit to unlock the driver door. A second Unlock input from the transmitter applies battery positive voltage to the door lock actuator unlock control circuit, and a ground to the door lock actuator lock control circuit to unlock the passenger doors.

This diagnostic procedure supports the following DTCs:
• DTC B3128 Left Front/Driver Door Unlock Circuit High
• DTC B3133 All Door Unlock Circuit High
• DTC B3138 All Door Lock Circuit High
