Question about 1989 Buick LeSabre
I have a 1998 Buick Lesabre That keeps losing anifreeze. There are no puddle under the car. I Can not find a leak. There is no water in the oil,
Buick 3.8's are notorious for intake manifold leaks. If you are sure you are not leaking externally (look under the alternator and on the top of the transmission), it could be an intake manifold leak. I've replaced mine...I didn't think it was too hard a job for an amateur.
It could also be a head gasket, but the intake leaks are much more common.

You may have an internal leak fro a head gasketand your burning the coolant in small amounts, look for white smoke on a cold start,or sometimes small external leaks wont be detected unless you put the cooling system under pressure with a coolant pressure tester.
