Blower resistor failure causes blower to only work on high. Are you saying you are not getting heat either? See both of the below posts and let me know if you have questions.

01 grand am, one day my heat works the next, the temp. gauge wont move at all, and my car doesnt heat up. The blower seems to work just fine but it doesnt blow hot air.

sounds like the thermostat is stuck open and needs replacing

If the switch lights up when you turn it on but the seat doesnt get hot, it is most likely the heating element in the seat. If the switch doesnt light up, you have a power or ground issue.
