I have a 1994 honda prelude and the headlights will not turn on. the bulbs are okay.
Checkout the headlight switch and the ground and give the websites a try its www.alldatadiy.com and www.autozone.com if all fails stop by your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your car also take the headlight out and check the plugs to the headlights and the wires wish you the best of luck Michigan Man
HI. I would Check the entire wiring harness for worn connectors, and torn threads. If the wiring harness is ok. try testing one of the connectors on the back of the headlight assembly with a volt meter, or test light. Pull one of the connectors of the backside of the head light. Use the inside copper prong connectors for testing. You will need an assistant to assist inside the vehicle. Once the volt meter is connected to the connector, instruct your assistant to turn the in-car headlight switch to the on position. If you do not receive any reading, when the switch is applied, this will confirm that the switch is the culprit.
