I would look into a tune-up as the spark plugs are a common cause of issues on this vehicle. I would at the very least remove the plugs and inspect them. If they are fine then it may be a clogged fuel filter.

I have a 2003 GMC Envoy with 175,000 miles. I change the oil regularly and had a tune up ar 90,000 miles which included a sparkplug change. What maintenance should i do now to keep my vehicle running...

Rear end lube should be changed , Timing belt and other belts should be inspected for wear and changed as well...
Most any decent shop will inspect the vehicle for worn out parts when they service it... ( one of the percs of paying someone else to do the oil change). Have them do the free 27 point service inspection...

Help me find tires and lights for my 2003 envoy xl

I replaced my tire at 75,000 miles. I put on Goodyear top of the line tires with a 70,000 mile warantee. They were very stiff and ride harder. I wish that I would have stayed with the original tires that on it. I think GM got that one right!
Be careful what you put on it, if you like the original ride...

Suggested routine 90000 mile service

Did you try looking up something like "90,000 mile Envoy maintenance schedule" and see what the recommendations are? I know I would ask " How much is this going to cost me?" :0)
