First run a tank of a strong fuel system cleaner like BG-44K. If that doesn't help, clean the throttle body. If that doesn't help, take it to a mechanic.

IAC - idle air control problem possibly .( You can drive it if you use your left foot to brake but keep the gas pedal down to keep the RPMs up.) Wouldn't be a fuel filter , if fuel filter was clogged partly it would idle ,but would lack power ,low fuel pressure at higher speed's . Do you know what IAC valve is ,an how it works ? Idle Air Control Valve
Or maybe the EGR valve pintle is covered with carbon an sticking open .
Or possibly a dirty or bad MAF sensor - mass air flow sensor - the PCM - engine computer needs info from this sensor so it know's how much fuel to feed the engine .
Hooking up a professional type scan tool to view engine sensor data cut's down on guessing as too what the problem is .
The basics for a rough idle, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vac leak. As far as idle, you can check and clean idle air system.
The basics for problems at higher rpms, check for a blockage of some kind, fuel--air--exhaust.
How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

Could be Your ignition switch, If you have a lot of wieght on Your keychain..... the switch gets sloppy and it will do some pretty weird stuff while driving... Jiggle your keys at the key ignition..... and see If it duplicates the problem. Seems like it's Bogging down... Hope this helps. One of many ideas.
Start with a timing check, at higher miles the timing chain plastic guides wear and cause multiple misfire and driveability concerns...of course check the obvious, spark plugs, plug wires,c.o.p,fuel pressure..all basics. .ck engine light on?
It is most likely you wheel alignment (costs about 20 bucks to have your wheels aligned) or try checking the tire Pressure to make sure they're all even maybe hope this helps
if it has a converter on it.....it may be stopped up, but before you replace it have the fuel pump checked, as it may not be getting enough gas at higher rpms. It will start and idle fine, but starve out when you press the pedal. Have you changed the fuel filter? That will cause the same problem.....
i have a 1996 integra and there is a sensor on top of or around the intake manifold, when unplugged the rpms bounce and are uneven, but i forget what its called
