Sorry but i had to say the reverse bands have gone bad in your tranny soon other thing will malfuntion in you tranny.now rare case you could have a dirty valve body this is worth a try change you fluid and filter clean valve body.you will see it when ou dropthe tranny oil pan

Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

first thing i need to know is did the timing belt break?
second is are you sure you aligned the timing marks and after the belt tensioner was tight you rechecked to make sure the timing stayed where you had it.
next step would be a compression check to if a valve was bent whenchanging the belt
i have seen this happen and this engine is an interferance engine.
