When you turn on the high beams the light's go out , what lights ? DRL - daytime running lamps are suppose to go out with low or high beams are turned on . Or is it when you turn headlamps on high there are no light on at all ?

AT FUSE TERMINAL #45 TO THE RIGHT OF THE HIGH BEAM RELAY AS YOU ARE LOOKING INTO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THERE IS A 15 AMP FUSE, PULL IT AND SEE IF IT IS BAD. IF IT IS REPLACE IT. THIS IS THE FUSE FOR THE HIGH BEAM RELAY.
FIRST CHECK THE HEADLIGHT BULBS TO SEE IF THE HIGH BEAM FILLAMENTS ARE BURNT OUT IF THEY ARE THEN REPLACE THE BULBS. THIS SEEMS MOST LIKELY SINCE ONE STOPPED WORKING AND THEN THE OTHER. THE OTHER LESS LIKEY CAUSE IS TO CHECK THE HIGH BEAM RELAY FUSE #45 TO THE RIGHT OF THE HIGH BEAM RELAY AND SEE IF IT IS GOOD. IT IS A 15 AMP FUSE.
