That diagram is internal. It is inside the steering wheell hub. The entire turn signal switch will more than likely need replacing. It is a pretty difficult procedure for an for a novice mechanic.. You have to disable the airbag system before removing steering wheel. Buy a manul for the car and you may be able to achieve this. Good luck I hope this solves you problem. The car has anti theft system on it. You wont be able to hotwire it. Actually, that system probably saved your vehicle. This link explains the system, and ways to get around it if needed
