Hello there:
there is a heater core on the passanger side and right behind it under the hood against the firewall there is a fan that sits in a housing that blows the hot air when needed if this fan is not working than it may have a wire that has broke off or it may have a fuse that goes to it that has blown and needs to be replaced or the fan itself may be bad and need to be replaced now if the fan does work but no heat than your heater core needs to be replaced .
also you are going to want to check all of the heater ducts and hoses to see if any of these are broken and not hooked up right ok

Check the thermostat, the radiator hoses. The upper radiator hose should feel warm/hot. The lower radiator should feel cold. Check the radiator to be sure it is not clogged/rusted. Last Resort: you may need a new heater-ccore.

Do you mean the air does not come out of the vents or the air coming out of the vents is not warm?
